it’s time for my fragmented points about everything that has happened and everything that i miss starting from day 1.

the people:

katie. kristian. lauren b. my wonderful roomates: karina, stephanie.. and lauren s.

the quad:

me and lauren’s room= the messiest, the common room=katie definitely made it messier at some point, karina+stephanie’s= so neat that we thought ghosts made their bed every single morning.

the real deal:

missing discussion the first day (on accident) and going to the exact same lecture in a span of 3 hours. meeting katie and lauren at the lecture. meeting james at orientation with a bunch of other asians. meeting yuxi at the airport but stopped talking to her after the first or second day. going to the cornell store on the first day at lunch and deciding to play mash and many other games.

having to walk around campus in the rain. playing kickball on our precious friday when we wanted to watch harry potter. getting lost in the rain when we were following a group of people to watch the kickball tournament, getting away with many outs because our teammate didn’t speak english and didn’t understand the game, kicking a poor rabbit—> then watched people try to pick up the rabbit… but instead saw them drop it. :(

found a beautiful garden where katie and lauren tried to climb the treess.. but nothing happened after many failed attempts.

HOT TA! no words necessary. orange pants.. blegh… TA office hours. the frustrating groups. katie’s interesting group combo (sheen and sheev), those boring guest speakers that barely helped at all, intersting lectures at times, doodles, namecards, an inconvinient truth, and the smartest guys in the room…., participation games!!, katie and lauren hoarding apples, OJ WITH PULP

being so hungry at lecture, the walk to trillium, having the choice to choose between quesadillas, pasta, risky chinese food, and more.. of course clam chowder my favorite, me spilling pudding all over the carpet at trillium, going over 8 dollars and having to pay.. the indian lady in the last line, gum gum gum. katie’s soda. lauren’s healthy lunch.. and water. always.

seeing the twins. :) trying to take pictures of them during dinner at appel. those yummy soft serve ice cream. FRENCH FRIES. YES. brownies.. one of mine was thrown on the ground.

planning lauren’s birthday. running around.. carrying all of lauren’s party supplies. those awesome $1.50 more or less balloons, walking to the next town (through collegetown) while passing a coal factory, cemetry, grocery store, seeing lauren at the college town bagel store.. running for our lives but thus sacrificing a balloon, katie and karina taping the balloons onto the ceiling, making decorations, gifts.., THE SINGING STONE (where your voice echos)

fat george, monster….. ew, jonas brother george, evil people who told us to stop playing the piano when they weren’t really studying, robert purcell yes… bear necessities, sleeping on the couch in the air-conditioned room, me freezing in the formal lounge, skipping dinner to work on the team project

lincoln hall music practice rooms, katie’s flute, the piano room that i knew was the best (with AT&T signal anD! a nice piano), not being able to go to niagara falls, bowling INEXPENSIVE, katie wins, katie wins all games from bananagrams to anything else, eating at friendly’s, seeing kristian waste his 5 dollars, helping krisitan buy a better gift for katie, playing arcade games, katie beating me at the race car game, freezing our butts off from urban back to cornell, me giving katie warmth, weird nail polish colors

kristian’s exciting roomates, noodles.. everywhere.., watching scary movies, walking near the gorges, hearing about katie’s interesting roommate, cat and dog, dunkin’ doughnuts, elliot.. the innocent, marcia

learning solitaire, buying bananagrams, watching away we go at a very interesting theatre where the pepsi machine wasn’t working, hearing train chugging sounds in the background of the movie, having the movie stopped out of nowhere

doing nothing on the last day, just sitting around in my dormroom.. because people didn’t want to go watch a movie!!! ladjfoaweifkl , 50 cent pens, magical wands that make annoying noises, the one dollar section at target, a favorite shower stall, and bathroom stall,. check ins… DP DOUGH YES, ordering chinese/thai take out, lou mien=noodles?, bubble tea eWWWW, shelby, applebee’s :)

katie sleepovers, laughing until 3 in the morning until we were too tired to open our mouths to talk, bothering lauren s., those weird comments lauren always made, special friend??, stephanie’s oh RIIIIIIIII!, karina and her bus :(, the last brunch, never going ice skating

nathan=jerk >:O, glowsticks at the dance, me sweating continuously at the dance, karina dancing with one of the twins, kristian eating sushi with too much wasabi, meeting with  my group for 4 unbearable hours, NIKE CASE STUDIES…

tripping in the shower, scraping ourselves, unable to wake up, sleeping in on weekends.. yess, the suspension bridge, iphone wifi problems, supergluing the desk, whiteboard !! fun fun fun, the one night when it rained and thundered, having no water in the vending machines.. and resorting to flavored berry water, doing laundry, running out of detergent, realizing that we can’t wash our clothes with our towels otherwise everything will become wrinkly, learning how to iron kristian’s shirt

college sessions that were mandatory, the college fair, seeing lauren’s room from a mile away, eating at robert purcell’s dining hall the second to last day, waking up at 6:30 to say bye to kristian while we were all still asleep, karina always leaving at 8:00 before any of us woke up, lauren’s pretty french braids, playing cards texas hold’em, etc. etc. etc., seeing a guy pick his butt in the lecture, and knowing that it was someone that katie later thought was cute, watching people fall asleep behind us at the lecture

seeing rachels facebook and pictures, hearing her stories about getting drunk and using her fake id, mann library!!, the apple computers, current event presentations during discussion, never going to breakfast, kristian’s sobe, the long lines at martha’s, always getting sandwiches, SCARY BUGS everywhere, katie’s werid stories about talking alligators and bears, lauren’s visitors..
